  I went to this location yesterday (Friday) for tire balance, I learn that I needed two tires. Tires were ordered but delayed coming in from the factory. I was inpatient and needed it done today because I am leaving town Sunday. Irwin, and the Manager Randy stepped in and got the tires delivered. I dropped my truck off and knew that I couldn't get back until after the store closed. I arrived about 45 minutes after closing, the manager was still waiting on me to make sure I could get into my truck. Not many store employees or managers would do that. Great job and thanks for getting my tires in on time so I could get out of town!
