  Best Buy, generally speaking, as a company isn't what it used to be. I am not overwhelmed with joy by this particular location.
  
  We did receive help from the large appliance team which they even brought up options we didn't think of (solutions we're excellent but did for what we were looking for). During pricing negotiations, the team discussed lower price we found elsewhere and even got us right into the pricing we we're looking for.
  
  Ultimately, we made the purchase there. What hurt their reputation for me was when I tried to discuss high end photography equipment. At best it looked like they had watched training videos but couldn't clearly discuss most specifics. Also I am a Canon guy and the rep wouldn't budge on trying to sell me Nikon (by no means a bad camera, but I have enough lenses where switching isn't really an option for me because I hate adapters).
  
  Finally, when discussing video games with a staff member. They were incredibly receptive. I chatted with the guy (slow store I was the only customer in that area) he talked me into a few games I didn't really think I would like but he was convinced I would like (he was soo right). All in all I had a wonderful conversation with someone who clearly had a passion for gaming.
