  I never post reviews, but I have to say that I'm terribly disappointed in the customer service at this store. I purchased jeans here in November of 2017 and they have since ripped twice due to poor construction. I had them fixed by a seamstress once and after the second tear, brought them in to return them, again, to the same store where they were purchased. They have no record of the transaction, even though I provided a transaction number. They refuse to take the jeans back and I'm out $100 total. Some clerical issue on their behalf, compounded by the indifference of their staff to find out where the error occurred on their side, has lead me to the point where I will never purchase an item from L.L Bean again. So much for their legendary customer service.
